"Samarth" laptop bag in white cotton and faux leather

A smart laptop bag made of handloom cotton and faux leather. The bag has a well padded laptop pocket inside and enough space to store your books, papers and other accessories. The laptop pocket is closed with a zip and the bag is closed with two magnetic buttons in the front. There are additional pockets and a broad elastic organizer to organize your accessories in the front compartment. The adjustable strap is 50" long.

• There are no shipping charges for order value above Rs 500. For orders below Rs 500 in value, shipping charge of Rs 80 will be added at checkout
• All regular payment modes such as credit / debit card, UPI payment or bank transfer are accepted. COD option is also available for orders above Rs 300 value
• All products are shipped within two business days of receiving the order. The products are shipped by courier and you should receive within 3-5 days of shipping. The order can be tracked online on the tracking link provided

We hope that you like the product that you purchase from Kritikala, but if you wish to return or exchange the product you should inform us within 3 days of receiving the product delivery. We offer a refund on the product value after making some adjustments.

To avail of return or exchange, please take the following steps

• Send us an email to kritikalahyd@gmail.com or contact us on phone / WhatsApp on 8897691147 giving your order number and the reason for return / exchange of the product.
• Please preserve the original packaging and also ensure that the product is unused and in good condition.
• Please send the product back to us at your own cost - you can use either a courier service or the post office service. The address for the return will be provided in the email confirmation of product return request.
• Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in the original condition, we will refund the full amount in the same way that you paid for it. For COD orders, we will request you to provide an upi linked number to process the refund.
• Shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded
• You can request for a home pick up for your returns or exchange. A return shipping fee of Rs 150 will be deducted from the product refund value.
• In case of a manufacturing defect or any product mismatch, we will provide a replacement product.
