All products listed on Kritikala website go through rigorous quality testing and we do our best to ensure that the photographs and product descriptions match the actual product. However, if you do not like the product you have received, you can initiate a return.
If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund you the entire amount paid within 4-5 working days from the date of cancellation.
If you have to cancel an order after it has been shipped to you, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of product. You may have to bear the cost of the outward and return courier charges when we refund the payment amount.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID.
If you want to return the product after it has been delivered, please send us an email at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product. You will need to send the product back to us at your own cost.
Damaged / Defective Goods
If the goods you receive are damaged or defective or not matching your order, you will be required to intimate us about such cases within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep photographs of the condition in which the product was received. We would appreciate your feedback. We will arrange for a pick up of the product. Once we receive the product and it goes through our QC process, we will arrange for a refund.
