Mercerised Ikat fabric is a made with a very fine cotton yarn that is twisted in the spinning process to give it a subtle shine. The yarn or thread is then dyed as per the planned motifs and then loaded onto loom where it is woven by hand. This is a pure cotton kurta with a rich look and can be hand washed at home.

Delivery and Payment
- There are no shipping charges for orders above Rs 500. For orders less than Rs 500, a shipping charge of Rs 80 will be added to the total bill
- All regular payment modes such as credit / debit card, UPI payment or bank transfer are accepted. COD option is also available for orders above Rs 300 value
- All products are shipped within two business days of receiving the order. The products are shipped by courier and you should receive within 3-5 days of shipping. The order can be tracked online on the tracking link provided
Return and exchange
We hope that you like the product that you purchase from Kritikala, but if you wish to return or exchange the product you should inform us within 3 days of receiving the product delivery. We offer a refund on the product value after making some adjustments.
To avail of return or exchange, please take the following steps
- Send us an email to kritikalahyd@gmail.com or contact us on phone / WhatsApp on 8341038727 giving your order number and the reason for return / exchange of the product.
- Please preserve the original packaging and also ensure that the product is unused and in good condition.
- Please send the product back to us at your own cost - you can use either a courier service or the post office service. The address for the return will be provided in the email confirmation of product return request.
- Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in the original condition, we will refund the full amount in the same way that you paid for it. For COD orders, we will request you to provide an upi linked number to process the refund.
- Shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded
- You can request for a home pick up for your returns or exchange. A return shipping fee of Rs 150 will be deducted from the product refund value.
- In case of a manufacturing defect or any product mismatch, we will provide a replacement product.
- Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
