Elegance and simplicity unite in this attractive kurta in soft black ikat cotton fabric. The kurta has a round neck line with pretty hand embroidery detailing. The embroidery is done using the traditional "Lambadi" embroidery techniques of Telangana. The sleeves are three fourth length for comfort. To avail of return or exchange, please take the following steps
- Send us an email to kritikalahyd@gmail.com or contact us on phone / WhatsApp on 8341038727 giving your order number and the reason for return / exchange of the product.
- Please preserve the original packaging and also ensure that the product is unused and in good condition.
- Please send the product back to us at your own cost - you can use either a courier service or the post office service. The address for the return will be provided in the email confirmation of product return request.
- Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in the original condition, we will refund the full amount in the same way that you paid for it. For COD orders, we will request you to provide an upi linked number to process the refund.
- Shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded
- You can request for a home pick up for your returns or exchange. A return shipping fee of Rs 150 will be deducted from the product refund value.
- In case of a manufacturing defect or any product mismatch, we will provide a replacement product.
